ABC Kids Expo

and independent specialty retailers
The ABC Kids Expo is the primary trade
show for the juvenile products industry.
In light of current economic conditions and other global events, All Baby & Child, Inc., the parent company of the ABC Kids Expo has announced that for the benefit of the juvenile products industry, the first day of the 2009 show will be dedicated exclusively to the industry's specialty store "brick n mortar" retailers while for the remaining 3 days of the show, admittance will be available to all classes of retailers.
The ABC Board of Directors, its specialty retailers, manufacturers, affiliated trade groups and sales representatives are extending this special invitation to all of the industry's retailers, in order to provide more optimal show exposure to all show participants and help promote a more rewarding show experience and sustained growth among all of our industry's partners.
All Baby & Child and the ABC Kids Expo were founded by the juvenile product industry's specialty retailers and their supporting manufacturers and sales representatives. The partnership philosophy that founded this organization continues today, with a Board of Directors comprised of an equal number of retailers and manufacturers. While the mission of the organization remains as a "partnership of Independent Specialty Stores and the Manufacturers who support them," the Board and its affiliated organizations recognize the shows importance as an industry event, and feel that the change in show admittance policy will benefit the industry as a whole.
The ABC Kids Expo will be open to independent specialty retailers ONLY on the first day of the show, September 13th. We ask that you please respect and abide by this change in show admittance policy, which will be strictly enforced.
