Created by new parents, Dale and Susan Waters, after their daughter got her arms and legs stuck in the crib slats, the BreathableBaby® Breathable Bumper helps prevent suffocation, rebreathing carbon dioxide, getting arms and legs stuck in crib slats and climbing out of the crib. Not using a bumper can cause injury to a baby. The Breathable Bumper has added benefit of a breathable mesh fabric that will collapse if a child stands on it. Velcro fasteners are adjustable to fit all crib styles; convertible, sleigh, standard, solid end and oval cribs. Evaluated and recommended by pediatricians. Founders Dale and Susan Waters began researching the use of bumpers in the crib after their daughter was getting stuck in the crib slats and no sleep. Since 2003, the Water's and their company have worked to develop innovative products that encourage healthier and safer sleeping as well as bring peace of mind to new parents.
