P.A.W. Prints of Illinois Unveils New Product Line, Initiates Stringent Testing Standards
Safety-conscious Manufacturer of Infant/Toddler Accessories and Books Launches Miss Gigi-Mae™ Product Line
Aurora, Illinois (May 2008) - P.A.W. Prints of Illinois, LLC, has introduced a new line of infant/toddler accessories and books designed to take some of the challenge out of keeping baby entertained. Miss Gigi-Mae™ Products are mommy-designed for babies on-the-go, but they're great for at home, too! Lightweight alphabet books are designed for attachment to the Miss Gigi-Mae™ Tether System, a unique, patent-pending device that attaches to where baby is sitting and holds her books and other items within constant reach.
P.A.W. Prints of Illinois is a family-owned company where all products are child-inspired. Excited by the prospect of bringing innovative problem-solving products to market, founder and designer Stacy LeFevre was also concerned by the challenge of manufacturing safe products, particularly overseas. News reports throughout 2007 described massive baby product and toy recalls that suggested a need for more rigorous and stringent testing policies by manufacturers of juvenile products. In response, P.A.W. Prints developed a testing plan that exceeds industry requirements and satisfies the mothers involved, too. After careful design by an experienced team of engineers and preliminary in-house testing, all products manufactured for P.A.W. Prints of Illinois are then tested by an objective, third-party lab before, during, and towards the end of production to ensure safe, quality materials are used consistently throughout the process. Crash testing is also conducted as an added precaution. It may take a little longer and cost a little more, but our children are worth it. Our unofficial motto is, "We care, therefore we test!".
